    Hi Guys,

For all post types, including GD_Place, “email” is a built in field. When you select “Show on detail page” it shows up nicely on the “More Info” tab. I would love to get this to show up on the “Profile” tab which is the initial tab that loads… to give it maximum chance of getting noticed.

Would really appreciate some guidance on moving this “email” field to Profile tab…. or infact, have it on all tabs.

    Thanks a mil,

    Adrian

    hi Adrian,

this would require a not so easy customization.

There isn’t really an easy solution.

    Thanks

Paolo, that’s disappointing. However, searching again last night I see you recently said “it is feasible to display custom fields in any tab.” and if I am reading the forum post correctly this might be possible. Can you let me know by looking at your answer here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/custom-fields-3/

    Thanks very much,

    Adrian

    Hi Adrian,

Yes with that function you can show a tab content, inside another tab.

With a little tweaking, you can probably use it for your need.

I totally forgot I had provided an example already.

    Thanks
