Move Profile Box Above Place Category Meta Links

    Hi,

    Since migrating over to GD from GT, we’re getting pushback from some of our merchants that are not very happy with the new way their listings are displayed. One major concern we’re getting is that on both the smartphone and desktop versions of their listings, the first thing you see below their scrolling images are a bunch of meta tag links and THEN below that you see their profile. We need to switch these two around.

    How can we move these Place Category links down below the Profile box? Merchants are not concerned with their Place Category links and the only purpose they serve is for optimizing their listing, rather, they are more concerned with consumers seeing their profile information as quickly as possible.

    Please see the attached image and explain how we can move the Profile box up above these links?

    You’ll need to add that code to your child theme functions.php file.

    Hi Paolo,

    I just added that snipped of code the our functions.php file in the child theme and it absolutely did move the meta links down and the profile up however, when i clicked on any of the links, it generated this error: Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/shoprva/public_html/wp-content/themes/GDF_child/functions.php:19) in /home/shoprva/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1171

    I’ve deleted that snippet and it’s still showing this error: Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/shoprva/public_html/wp-content/themes/GDF_child/functions.php:15) in /home/shoprva/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1171

    Please explain how to fix this?

    hi,

    yes I fixed it for you.

    You had blannk spaces after the closing ?> tag.

    I deleted those and added the code correctly.
