Hello again. Initially when I installed GD in my site is was a non-multisite.

Then, I modified the site to be a multisite.

I want to put the CPT’s I created in the main site into the sub-domain to save a great deal of work. Also, I want to listing and categories for the cpt’s to move over also.

Is there a way to do this. Kind regards,

    Hello!

You can try duplicating/cloning your site. There are plugins for such things, but, your mileage may vary and we don’t/won’t recommend them. We do recommend you stick with what you can do through your CPanel.

Thanks again Alex. As an after thought I remembered export import. I will re-create the CPT exactly with slugs and all in the new sub-domain.

Export from the original domain and import to the new domain. I think this will work.. not sure.

    Regards Alex.. happy holidays all.

    Hello!

You can certainly export and then re-import the data, but the CPT settings/fields etc needs be configured before that happens to facilitate the import.

Update, Exports and import for event categories went well.. except for “move all images folder”

I am not confident that I understand how to do this.

Multisite where original images were on main domain to the sub-domain? I am not quite sure what is being asked and how to complete the task.

Please close ticket. Import went well and images have populated.

    Kind regards,

I am back. Looks like the images do NOT connect to the category default image or icons. I am back to ask how I move all images folder to property location.

    Kind regards,
