Moving Users and Listing across directories

Hi,

I have migrated users from one directory to another without issue. For related listings, what is the best way to migrate? since it is not transferring all listing and all users.

If I need to manually re-input all listings, how to associate the listing with correspondence users so that they can retain control on their listing.

If users have a new ID on a new site, then the new id will need to mapped and assigned as the listing author.

We don’t have any tools besides listing import/export or other recommendations about how to do it. It is a pretty non-standard scenario.
