Multi Ratings and Reviews – Can't Get the Review Page to Display

    Hi – I downloaded and activated the multiratings & reviews plugin, but can’t seem to get the actual review input page to display (as noted at 1:39 of the walk-through video).

    – Comments are allowed.
    – All users allowed to register.
    – Front-end set-up seems OK…
    – WP 4.5
