    Good day!

I am currently trying to work out my Multilocation premium addon. Geodirectory in general is very versatile and I am hoping that I can work this current problem I have!

    This is my issue:

I have a directory site. Instead of the drop-down menu, I want it to show buttons that link to four different cities, which then go to the sub-directories of each of the said cities.

Said cities are just within one country.

I appreciate all the help that I can get. Thanks!

I believe you would just create the menu/drop down options yourself. In your dashboard see: Appearance > Menus

Then in your GD settings, disable the location switcher from your menu.

Adding to Joy’s comment, if you want the buttons in a sidebar, you would add them in a text widget, using the same way you write a post with links.

    Thanks

    Thanks for the replies!

I have to make four different sub-directories first, right? Then each of this subs should have four different default cities, right? So I can pull off the four-city-button menu?

    Or is it not clear?

You cannot have different default cities.
But every city has its own page.
Just add this shortcode to a test page to get all your cities pages: [gd_location_switcher]

    Thanks
