    Hello,

Often, when users submit the javascript forms on the front-end of the site, they are able to click “Submit” more than once (occasionally a dozen times or more) which either submits a claim request or an inquiry message. Is there a way to restrict the Submit action after it’s already fired, and show a “success” message to the visitor, so that they don’t attempt to submit the form multiple times?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

Thanks for your post. Could you tell us which form are you referring to? Is it the “Send Enquiry” form? If not, please share the URL of the site in question and also WP admin access in private reply and we’ll check on it.

    Thanks!

“Send Inquiry” is by far the worst culprit, but I also get a lot of duplicate listing claim requests.

    Hello,

that is a good idea, and we will note it for V2 for the payment manager to look into preventing accidental clicks.

I will also make a note about it for send enquiry for core.

    Thanks for the suggestion
