Multiple Events on Same Night – Festival Style

    Looking for a better way to do this.

    We have a Music festival every Thursday night in the summer. At the festival there could be up to 20 different performers at different locations, some at the same time.

    Currently, our approach is to create 20 Events for each night, and the name of the event will be the Performers name and then use the built-in link to the location (business). And, on the event, we will have a URL link to the performer listing. This works fine, however we have 10 Thursday nights! So, we basically need to build 200 events.

    Any thoughts on better ways to structure this would be welcome.

    Hi,

    if events are in different locations the same night, they can only be treated as separate events just like you are doing.

    I don’t see any other way to do it.

    p.s. you should be posting this in the events forum, possibly with a username that bought the events add-on.
