"My Account" changes

Hi there,

Currently, when someone clicks on the “My Account” tab on the menu, they get the option to log-in (perfect!)…but then they go to a pretty awful author page that I never need them to see. How do I change where they are directed to? I can’t even seem to find how this “My Account” tab is being added.

It would also be great to add more items to the drop-down, like the rest of the tabs in a menu normally do. I do not use buddypress, but memberpress
