my license code is invalid

    I have written my license code in the wordpress textfield box, but it is telling me that is invalid.
    I just have done a copy paste, but it is not working.
    My domain is elsllepaplats.com

    Can help me?

    try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page before you try again.

    Hi Elena,

    1st you have to deactivate the license from the development site: pablomonteserin.com/sites/elslleplats/

    Your license is for 1 domain max.

    Ah!
    But that web page not exists in the present time 🙁
    Where can i deactivate from de geodirectory admin page? Is there another way?

    Hi,

    please do this:

    1. Visit https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/purchase-history/
    2. Select “View Licences” for the product.
    3. Select “Manage Sites”
    4. Select the sites where you want to deactivate the license.
