Near me Button not working

    Hello guys,

    My “Near Me” button has stopped working all of a sudden.
    I havent applied any update or made any changes either. Just adding google plus account to theme. Kindly have a look and advise.

    The button is just benefit the search options

    Also, my Places count is different from the count at the back end. I have tried clearing from GD Tools but it doesnt match up to the numbers on the places page- Not even close.Need help here too.

    Hi,

    I see a Javascript error cause by a file that doesn’t like to be concatenated by GD Booster.

    Did you recently add any new plugin?

    Best thing to do to trouble shoot would be to disable all non GD plugins momentarely and see if problem goes away.

    If it does, reactivate one by one and test every time you re-activate a plugin to find the culprit, once we find the plugin, solving the issue will be easy.

    Same here,

    both on safari (creates a loop) and chrome (error, but you can click continue)

    and we’ve found out that it also happened at one of your selected demo-sites.

    See attachments.

    This happens when someone enters the nearby-option behind the fa compass icon.
    After that: enter search; and get error…

    We have not added any new plugins that weren’t active before the upgrade to 1.3.9, we think…;-)

    Thanks Paolo,

    Issue was caused by an Option i check in “All in One SOE Plugin”.

    Display Sitelinks Search Box:

    Checking this option certainly breaks the search and near me button.
    Issue has been resolved my unchecking and clearing the cache in GD Booster.

    Any advice on my second issue?

    Hi,

    you have 8 listings per page times 25 pages, plus 5 listings in the 26th page.

    8×25+5=205

    That makes sense now. I got confused by the popular category count on the places page.
