Need help for Enabling Near autocomplete

Hi Team,
I have found a setting which i really need for my new upcoming websites projects however the settings are explained for GDV1 and i am using GDV2 with whoops theme and working on a website which will have around 630 cities, also attaching the screen shot for that settings please help me locate those settings in GDV2 if the settings are not available in GDV2 then can we have any customized code which we can add as a snippets i use a plugin for extra snippets.
Also with this setting right below NEAR AUTOCOMPLETER SETTINGS we also have REDIRECT SETTINGS ON FIRST TIME LOAD, how can we enable that. and if REDIRECT SETTINGS ON FIRST TIME LOAD can be enabled for specific pages then it will be grate.
