Please have a look at my site https://ehospital.in/
I have approximate 300 hospitals in listing and having 5 categories.

So, My categories are indexed like: Multispeciality hospital in Delhi, Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai etc. That is perfectly fine.

There are many more other things for which I want these hospitals to be indexed. Example, if a particular hospital has CT scan facility, I want it to get indexed for CT scan in Mumbai also.

I have added CT scan as Tag to the particular hospital and trying to achieve the above. But I am quite confused from SEO points of view. All of my listings and categories are indexed well. But only a few of the tags have been indexed.

Should I make this category only? or Tags shall do the job?
What is the best practice in SEO to achieve good result?

    Hello!

Tags are not a feature of the Supreme theme, but you can add them yourself:

I am already using tags. An example post is here: https://ehospital.in/hospitals/maharashtra/mumbai/st-elizabeth-hospital/

    My question was about SEO.

    Thanks

    Hi,

you can use either tags or categories, Google will decide what to index based on your content.

If the content is good enought to be indexed for CT scan in Mumbai it will be indexed. Otherwise you need to improve it.

    Thanks
