    Hi Team,

I am not sure if this is the right place for this topic or not.

I am using GDV2 with whoops and came to a situation where i wanted to have same function with ninja forms, the situation i am into, i have a ninja form on every listing where any user(other then listing owner) can report incorrect information for a listing. sometimes listing owners also report incorrect information, ninja forms has inbuilt function to hide few details. I hide User ID, User name, IP Address in order to avoid spammers. But still it is a manual thing and we get 4-5 updates daily taking more then 2 hours to contact person and correct it as most of the time they don’t login and send information.

It will be useful if we can have redirection, Similar to Post Claim function in ninja forms. as of now when we click on ‘report problems’ it shows the user a ninja form directly or the 2nd option is ninja forms function a user must be logged in to send information.

I also tried to use short codes for login page But then Google Re-captcha was not working.

I really like the Post Claim function as it is very nice, User get redirected to login page and as soon as they login/register user gets a pop-up window for ninja forms.

Is there a way we can make a widget for ninja forms similar to post claim function but then it should not go to post claim and should go to ninja forms.

    Regards

The second option is possible, to force users to login.

Inside the form itself NF has an option to require users to be logged in before they can see the form.

That is in the advanced settings of the form. See the Ninja Form plugin site for docs and more details.

    Hi Alex Rollin,
Yes that is a good option, However when we enable that we get just a message saying you must be logged in to send message, I also tried to use Userswp short code there but in that case the recaptcha was not working(may be because of plugin conflicts), As we were using short codes on ninja forms functions.

I am going to attach some images for what testing i have done.
Image-1 ninja Forms back end settings.
    Image-2 Front end form display.

Image-3 Added short code in ninja forms settings.
Image-4 Recaptcha does not work, may be because of 2 plugin settings conflicts.

I really like the Post Claim function as it is very nice, User get redirected to login page and as soon as they login/register user gets a pop-up window for ninja forms. Is it possible we can achieve same redirection with normal forms. If yes then how.

It will be very helpful. I am also trying to solve this from my end, if you know anything similar to that please share.

    Thanks

You can add a link to the login page. Edit the form logged-out message and add the link. You would need to talk to Ninja Forms about executing shortcodes there.

    Hi Alex,

It is nice to see your quick reply.

Yes you are right i was also thinking about that, Tried that too, but i did not see re-direct rules in URL, Got confused weather it will work or not, still working on that. Here are 2 things i applied.

1st-Link in the same window, login form appeared in ninja form popup window and after login it was a homepage that opened up in ninja form window which is not good at all.

2nd-Link in another window and then the login form appeared in a different window and previous window did not get logged in automatically, as of now 2nd option seems to work for me but it sound like a temporary solution as there is no redirect rules associated with it.

Please share if in case you have some better idea.

    Thanks

Understood. I will ask the developers if they can find a workaround.

    Hi Surender,

if you want same functionality like claim listing form.
for non logged in user you can use login page url with current page state on click of open form button.
    ex. http://local.gddemo.test/login/?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Flocal.gddemo.test%2Fplaces%2Funited-states%2Fpennsylvania%2Fphiladelphia%2Fthe-rittenhouse%2F%3Fgd_do%3Dclaim&gd_go=send_enquiry

once user is logged in you can redirect him back to same page with some track in url or cookie and trigger open ninja form.

its a customisation request. you can take help of Gd experts.
