Need help with organization

    I have got the GD plugins for CPT. I have two parent CPTS but the daughter (sub-level) categories for these two parent CPTs are the same. Should I make the daughters categories for both CPTs, or should I make the daughters into separate CPTs? What would be best in terms of efficiency for a large directory in terms of database and speed.

    For example if users want to see all daughter listings regardless of parent CPTs is it possible to search in that manner?

    I am attaching an image to show exactly how I would like it to be organized.
