    Go to
    Appearance > Menus
and add your GD categories from the GD Endpoints.
You now should have a link to your restaurants page in your menu.
Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply if we need to check anything.
    Thanks

Add GD Listings shortcode to the page to display listings.

Add GD Map to show a map.

You can make it look like that or better!

GDV2 has a staggering number of options for personalizing, which means editing templates that are wordpress pages.

I think it’s fun and exciting, but, I am probably biased.

That page you link is a listing page. Each of those small mini listings we call an archive item. There is a template for that which can be edited.

Do I need to have the supreme directory theme active in order to get that design? Why am I not able to change the design?

Yes, the page design with the map on the right hand side is only available in Supreme. Creating a similar layout in another theme will require your own customization.
    Thanks

Yes, you will need to code your own customizations if you want to change how Salient’s pages render.
