need to download again

    Dear sirs,
    I paid for a 4 month subscription and downloadeded about 20 zip files. My website has crashed during development and I do not have back up. I am trying to re-download the files but my license has expired. Is there a way I can download the files again (just the files I already downloaded) without renewing?

    This is not something we offer, we do not keep zip files of previous versions on the server.
    Your membership expired almost 3 months ago.

    One more thing, the previous developer went off with my original zip files even though they were orinignally set up on my domain. When I renew my subscription and download again will I get a new license?
    I am afraid if I get the same license then this might cause an issue if he is using that license on a domain of his.

    I suggest you do not renew your subscription, but buy a new one, then you will get new licenses for your plugins.
