New license errors

    Hello:
    I purchased a new license and received a confirmation page. So I have my license numbers.

    HOWEVER, I am experiencing error messages reminding me to “renew my license”. I posted yesterday a list of issues under the general discussion category with the topic title “licensing”. When I checked for a reply, I noted that I am listed as as expired member.

    Any suggestions?

    I am thinking you might have a different account with a different email, if you can post one for the licence keys you received in ur email in a private reply i’ll check things.

    I have now moved that purchase from that use to this user, you will likely have new licence keys that need to be used, these can be found in your download area.
