I’ve already searched this support site, found many posts but none have worked, so I’m posting this for assistance.
Renewed my license and renewal does not appear to have been updated throughout all GD sites.
1. I’m getting error messages advising to update license again, although I received a confirmation screen with new license numbers.
2. Installed new fresh version of WP Easy Updates
3. When I go to Plugins page I get error messages for updates
4. How are licenses updated automatically, or am I to update each individually
5. Now getting error messages everywhere (see image attached)
6. The numbers are the new license numbers
7. Entered licenses several times without success
8. There is no payment manager, however, there is a pricing manager, is this the same thing?
9. There is no review rating manager, however, there is a MultiRatings and Reviews, is this the same thing?
10. And I have no idea why or where these licenses are to be activated: Apparently there is no location to apply the license.
A. AffiliateWP Integration – Single Site
B. Buddypress Integration – Single Site
C. GD Dashboard – Single Site
D. GDF Modern – GDF Child Theme – Single Site
E. Geo 1280 Genesis Child Theme – Single Site
F. Geo Bold – Genesis Child Theme – Single Site
G. Geo Travel – Genesis Child Theme – Single Site
H. GeoDirectory Framework – Single Site
I. List Manager – Single Site
J. Membership – 12 Months – 1 Year (single)
K. MultiRatings and Reviews – Single Site
L. Whoop! – Single Site
There is apparently no place to list them.
TheGeoDirectory Review Rating Manager will not retain the license number when I click on update
Yes, I’ve used this prior without these results and have attempted each several times.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
LampshadeJanuary 2, 2019 at 1:56 am #461019I am guessing you did not renew a current membership but bought a new membership.
In that case, you will have been given all new licenses.
Existing licenses only stay valid if a current membership is renewed.
If there’s no room for a license to be added, then you most likely are using very old versions of some plugins.Have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/ to check if licenses have changed, and current versions of the plugins.
To replace older plugins, check out https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/useful-plugins/#easy
Let us know how you went. Thanks

I purchased a new license instead of renewing the old one as I could not change the renewal period from 6 months to one year.My apologizes if this has caused issues. I noted that the GD lists will not function without the Posts 2 Posts plugin that has not been updated in about 2 years and only works up to wp 4.3 version.
These issues still exist:
There is no payment manager, however, there is a pricing manager, is this the same thing?
9. There is no review rating manager, however, there is a MultiRatings and Reviews, is this the same thing?
10. And I have no idea why or where these licenses are to be activated: Apparently there is no location to apply the license.

LampshadeJanuary 2, 2019 at 7:17 pm #461153Hi,
post2post doesn’t need to be updated, that’s why they didn’t so far.
Yes pricing manager replaced the old payment manager (along with the invoicing plugin).
You need to install WP Easy Updates: https://wpgeodirectory.com/wp-easy-updates/
When did you renew and are you sure your renewed through this user account and not another?
Let us know.
Thanks

I did a fresh install of WP Easy Updates for the new license as the old keys had expired. So I will install post2post after all.
It may require further access to the back end to inspect what is happening.
Thanks for the suggestion
lampshadeJanuary 2, 2019 at 11:23 pm #461184Yes, last licence you bought with this account is expired.
When did you renew and are you sure your renewed through this user account and not another?
Let us know,
Thanks

I renewed several days ago and to the best of my memory, I used current the only login I had from the old account. i could not change the renewal period to 1 year from 6 months.Apparently along the way I have created two accounts that are causing a conflict. What do you suggest is the best way to resolve this?
Thanks,
LampshadeJanuary 3, 2019 at 7:15 pm #461352I don’t see any trace of renewal, do you have a confirmation email from us or from the payment gateway used?
January 4, 2019 at 7:29 pm #461559Hi Paolo:
I think Stiofan is working on resolving this, you may wish to check with him to avoid duplication of effort.
Thanks for the reply.
