New listing get lost

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    A really annoying problem. Registered users have written new listings, but it got lost.
    They said they saw the information on the page after a successful “add listing”, but they didn’t get a notification e-mail. I also got no notification as administrator and the worst of all, the new listing isn’t available as draft.
    One of the people wrote a second listing and it worked without problems.

    I didn’t find a error log. Is there one available?
    It’s sad, especially in the start phase.

    Hi,

    is it possible that they didn’t save the listing, after seeing the preview?

    That would be the only explanation. Otherwise we would need the exact steps to reproduce this, because as you noted, listings added after that worked fine.

    We can’t fix something that we can’t reproduce.
