New listing page on mobile has error for selecting city and region

    On Android:-
    Add listing page.
    If the city and/or region is not already entered into the database, I find that under city or Region, it gives a blank entry and I cannot select any city or region, there is no option

    Therefore this is a roadblock, as it is a required field so it prohibits user from creating the listing.:(
