New members cannot register

    Hi,

    we are having an issue where people cannot register at all.

    They select My Account -> Register
    enter their required username and password
    tick I’m not a robot and are successfully verified
    they click Register Now
    receive error message ‘ERROR: You have entered an incorrect CAPTCHA value.’

    However, the tick I’m not a robot is verifying.

    Confused.

    Hi Neshla,

    Are you using the correct recaptcha version keys? Going by your other topic i assume there is a problem, you might want to try to set it all up again, there are two versions of keys and they are not compatible if the wrong ones are used.

    Thank you, this can be closed.

    Additional text was appended to one of the keys. Not sure how but all fixed now.
