New Members going into pending

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi, when a new member signs up they are getting a notification that an email has been sent to them, but the email does not arrive. They also can only join pending admin approval. Is there a way to set it up so that they don’t have to wait for my approval?
    Thank you in advance for your help.
    I have upgraded to V2, using WordPress 5.2.2.

    Got it! The emails were going to the spam folder.
    Ugh! So obvious, but it didn’t cross my mine.

    Once I opened the email and followed the link it completed the registration and took the User out of the “pending” section.
    Easy-peasy ~sheesh
