    It all worked as expected for me, I added a test listing, and was presented with the checkout page, and ended up a PayPal.
    The behaviour you describe will happen if they use the back button, because the data will be lost.

    He can select his listings from the menu in the GD dashboard widget and then choose to upgrade his listing and pay this time.
