New pages appeared when coverting to GD 2

    Many Archive pages have appeared in the Page list after converting GD 1 to 2. Such as
    GD Archive — GD Archive template
    GD Archive Item — GD Archive Item template
    GD Details — GD Details template
    …..

    Also,
    Location — GD Location page
    Search page — GD Search page
    Terms and Conditions — GD T&Cs

    Are these needed? I think previously they were created on the fly?
