So, I tested a paid listing, as though and new paying customer, and the paid listing went to DRAFT even though the “New listing default status” is set to PUBLISH.

However, someone signed up for a FREE ad and it DID publish – it did NOT go to DRAFT.

    What’s up with this?

    Hi Jeff,

Do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

    Thanks!

What payment method did they use? If it was stripe.com did u add the hook links to your stripe.com dashboard settings?

Yes, it was Stripe, and yes, I put the hook link in. The payment went through in Stripe and GD, but GD marked it as DRAFT.

I guess there is a problem with your hook links, all paid listings are marked draft untill payment confirmation.

P.S. we still don’t know the url of your site…

Thanks, it looks like the webhook was never received, what do u have for the url?
Is the webhook set to live in stripe settings or is it just set to test?

Stiofan, you were correct. It was the Stripe feed. There was a checkbox I missed when creating. It’s now fixed. Thanks for your help.
