    Hi guys,

This is a problem that I’ve had for a while now, but I’ve just dealt with it. I wanted to mention it now to see if there was a simple fix.

Every time I use the back-end “Add Place” page, the new Place starts with a whole bunch (15-20) images already selected, some of them missing the actual pictures. Both of the pictures I checked to test are from the May, 2015 folder. I have to manually delete each of them every time I use the admin interface to create a new Place.

Is this a known bug? Or do I have a setting messed up somewhere? It doesn’t make any logical sense to me. Here are two of the images that automatically get imported every time:

    Hi,

that is definitely something unique to your website so far…

If you provide admin credentials we will have a look.

    Thanks

    Hi,

some of your add-ons are very old (over 10 months). Please make sure you are running the latest version of everything. You can check version numbers here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/mc1171611/downloads/

Location and payment manager currently installed are still using the old auto update system, so you’ll ahve to manually update them via FTP or using a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/

After that I’d try to disable all non GD plugins momentarily too see if one them is causing this issue.

Let us know how it goes,

    Thanks

Ok, I just got around to updating the plugins, but the problem still persists. This isn’t mission-critical, but it’s weird and annoying.

    Hi again,

this is really weird and unique. I asked to the developers to check.

They’ll need both FTP and phpmyadmin or cpanel credentials.

    Let us know,

    Thanks
