New shortcode parameter gd_listings post_author

    Hi support,

    how to use the new parameter stated in the changelog 1.5.9?

    “New parameter “post_author” added in [gd_listings] shortcode to filter listings by author – ADDED”

    I couldn’t find any info about it.

    I found the post_author=”current” as an option and it works very well.

    Are there other values for this parameter?

    Most probably you have to update the docs also to reflect this.

    Hi,

    New parameter “post_author” added in [gd_listings] shortcode to filter listings by author – ADDED

    Now listing can be filtered by author by adding parameter post_author=”current” or post_author=”11″
    post_author=”current” will filter the listings by author id of current viewing post.
    post_author=”11″ will filter the listings by author id = 11.

    We will update the docs asap.

    Great, great, paolo.

    Really big thanks for this extra parameter. It is doing great job in our project frame.

    Is it possible to dynamically populate the parameter with an author id, and still the shortcode to execute?

    Is it possible to state more than 1 author id: post_author=”5,11″?

    Hi,

    not inside a post, but if you add the shortcode in a template via php, yes you can.

    No the parameter only accept one author ID.
