New site fresh install issues

    Hi,

    I wanted to start fresh with V2 because of too many customizations made in V1.

    Here is a list of things I am having issues with:

    1. I can’t figure out how to get the full list of items for the add listing form. They are in the cpt but they don’t show up on the standard form.
    2. When I add images they don’t show up. They load but then are not showing.
    3. I tried to load the dummy data and after downloading it and trying to upload it says it is not the right file type.

    I want to see a window that looks like the one in the video with grid3 across. But I can’t get any listings in.

    Can you help?

    You will need the Location Manager to add listings outside your default location.

    Add dummy data at GD > Settings > General tab > Dummy data.

    I cannot figure out why you cannot add images, I’ll get a developer to have a closer look.

    Hello Kathy,

    There are some JavaScript error because you are using Directory Starter v1.1.10 theme with GeoDirectory v2.
    Please use Directory Starter v2.x with GeoDirectory v2 and check how it goes.

    Who is this hosted with?
    Some hosts prohibit upload of images on staging sites.

    Hello Kathy,

    I have investigated and found that there is an error “cURL error 60: Peer’s Certificate has expired.” which creates trouble for uploading image.

    Ask your server admin to setup valid SSL certificate. You can try temporary solution porvided at here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/images-not-showing-after-upload/#post-469642y
