When a non-logged-in user goes to add a place or event, only the login form is appearing, not the new user signup form.
    null
    https://cornholecentral.com/add-listing?listing_type=gd_club

I have checked “anyone can register” at General -> Membership

And in Geodirectory/Design/Navigation settings, both Club and Event are in the “Allow post type to add from frontend” field which sure sounds like the right setting to enable this.

    Anything else I can check/fix?

    Hi Greg,

Thanks for your post. Kindly check and see if the option in WP > Settings > General > Anyone can register is checked? Refer to the attached screenshot.

    Thanks!

Are you using UsersWP or Buddypress or any other user plugin?
It looks like an incorrect setup for the connection between your registration plugin and GD.

Post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply if you want us to have a closer look.

    Thanks

Hmm. I’m seeing both forms now on my phone. Hopefully/surely when I get back to PC it’ll be all good. Musta been some cache-shizzle tying things up. Ill be back if its still problematic. Thanks for the help.

Yes, always clear cache if you made any changes at all in the backend. I cleared your GD Booster, that may be why it is fixed now.

Thanks, that situation is resolved. New one that’s related enough I hope you don’t mind me covering it here instead of spawning new thread.

When I hit the site as a non-logged-in user and set up a new account it takes me to the Add Event form. I enter my stuff, it says “Review Your Event” and takes me to a preview of the event page which looks fine. But there’s nothing to do there, i.e. no way to confirm the page, or fix something, or make it happen. So it’s effectively a dead end that leads to the event NOT being created.

Shouldn’t there be some actions to take on that page preview?

The username and password are no longer valid, so we cannot check.

You are hiding the “Submit” section with this CSS:

    .sd.single.geodir-page .featured-area, .sd.sd-preview .featured-area {display:none;}

Oops, sorry Guust, I never thanked you for helping me solve my second problem here. Unhiding that css did the trick.

Unfortunately the problem I _started_ this thread for is back. For non-logged-in users my add listing page is only displaying the username/password form, not the registration form. Multiple browsers, pc and mobile.

Unfortunately looking back at this thread it doesn’t seem like we diagnosed the problem or did much, if anything, to fix it. You did mention clearing GD Booster but that’s not a thing with V2 yet.

Yes, this is the default expected behavior for GDV2, that tge default WP login is shown.

There are a couple options at least:
    UsersWP

Custom redirection for the login page

Do you mean that you want non logged in users to be able to post listings from the frontend, without having to login first?

In that case have a look at this setting: GD > Settings > General tab > Show Advanced > YES

    Thanks
