new user registration wont work on mobile

    Hello,

    out of the blue the mobile version of the site has stopped working on new user? regsiter here.

    can you suggest a fix please?

    Actually just realised that the register/login page link is not working either on mobile or desktop?

    When you click on new user it just takes you to the login page and not the dashboard.

    Your help would be appreciated.

    Hi Kim, It seems like you are using a widget in login page.

    That page should be empty. Because GD adds the login and register form.

    Please disable Layout Builder for that page.

    Hi,

    I have emptied the page and now nothing is appearing – just an empty page.

    Can you please let me know what I am doing wrong?

    it’s strange that is was working before but not now??

    Many thanks. it is working now. can you tell me what went wrong with it as it was working last week and I have not (to my knowledge) changed anything. It would be good to know just in case it disappears again and I need to find it.

    I switched to wordpress default editor mode and then saved the page.

    AH ok – thanks very much. Not sure why it would have just stopped working though but will remember that in case it does it again 🙂
