New version not working – Old Version Not Working

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    We upgraded to Version 2 thinking it would make some changes and 10 minutes of manual. Turned out that it really changed the way the site works, page links, etc. More than 10 minutes of manual, and just to figure it requires 27 minutes watching the video. So, we downgraded back to the original version. However, now the links to our events on the site lead to blank pages. If we go under Dashboard and then edit the Events, they are there. But if you publish them or update them, they are blank pages. Same is true for several other things. How can we do a QUICK reset of the V1 site without spending hours trying to figure it out, or hours trying to figure out how to implement V2. Site is http://www.PopupRestaurants.com

    If you need to rollback you can do that with a backup, if you have already done the conversion. If no, you should see a blue button on the plugins page to downgrade.

    Try resetting the permalinks to fix a 404 error on the details page like this:

    If we need to check the settings please make a private reply and include WP Admin credentials.
