Hi I just have a few questions as I try to set everything up.

I am wanting to create Australia wide Directory Page. Visitors to the site will be able to search location but also a business category think hotels, Motels etc So i need to have location Australia wide and business categories.

From what I have read in the Docs I need the extension Location Manager as this enables me to use multiple locations is this correct? or do i use custom post types or both

The pricing manager plugin I am not sure if i need it or not. I would like to be able to approve all listings before they go live. I would also like to do my own invoicing too. I was just going to have a form they fill out with all of the info I need and then update it myself on the site, time consuming but at least i can see whats been entered etc. They will have to pay to be featured on the site so was going to set up woo commerce, what do you think?

Sorry for all the questions its just hard to know what to do when you fully don’t understand everything written in the docs section

    Hi gingerbreadlady,

Thanks for your post. Please allow me to answer your questions accordingly.

    1. Without the location manager addon, you can only add a single city, region, and country as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/location-manager/

    2. You can check this section of the documentation that explains how Custom Post Types are being used https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/custom-post-types/ .

    3. You can set the “New Listing Status” using the option here in General Settings https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/general/#general .

    4. Invoicing requires the Payment Manager addon, which allows you to bill your customers when they post a listing https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/pricing-manager/
