I am very interested in this plugin, and I wonder what is the best to use for a unique niche. for example self storage, this niche has no categories.

any suggestions? any ideas?

Hi and welcome,

GD needs at least 1 category, so you could use the default places custom post type with 1 category called Self Storage or Storage Locations, for example.
