    Hi there

    Please see the form I’m having trouble displaying in the following links. The first link is the preview page which displays correctly, while the 2nd link is the actual page which doesn’t display the field borders. This makes it hard for the user to see where the fields are…

    Do I need to adjust the form css to fix this?
