Ninja Forms Advance Option is missing.

    Hi team,
    I am posting this here as i did not find any other specific place for ninja forms issues. I am using GDV2 with Whoops theme for a real estate website and wanted to disable emails being sent to admin after a ninja forms submissions.

    These are CC emails which is sent to admin whenever someone submits a ninja forms, I remember it used to be under advance setting of Email Notifications however i am not sure why but these settings are not showing up. Below is the screenshot attached, Please advise if this option moved to somewhere else.

    Edit the Ninja Form. In the advanced settings you can adjust the notifications and remove the admin notification.

    Hi Alex,

    Yes, It was simple as you mentioned, However this option is not available right now. When we try to open advance settings for Email Notification it only shows 1 option which is ‘ADD ATTACHMENT’ first i thought it is something with my new website, however I also tried with 1 old website and found this option is not showing up.

    There are options for admin BCC in the GD admin email options.
    GD – Settings – Email – Admin emails

    There are also the Ninja Form advanced settings. For more on how Ninja Forms works please check the plugin author’s documentation.

    Under “Emails and Actions” you can choose to send any email you want, or cancel the admin notification.

    Is there something else you are looking for?

    Hi sorry for the late reply. Yes in the tutorials it is mentioned that if we go to Emails and Action——-Email Notification——-Advance settings then we can disable the email copies which are sent to admin, However Advance settings does not show this option anymore that is why i was asking this.

    I’m sorry, are you trying to turn the CC/BCC on or off?
    If on, do you want CC or BCC?

    Hi alex,
    Sorry for the late reply, I was busy in work as most of my co-workers are not with me during Lockdown.

    Your Question: I’m sorry, are you trying to turn the CC/BCC on or off?
    I wanna turn it off as ninja forms submissions always saves in database.

    But i am again sorry it is not GD fault, We did not noticed there is a Form Builder “Dev Mode” in ninja forms which has to be checked for these functions.
