    Dear GD support,

Some of my visitors are reporting problems with the Ninja Forms, saying that they are not able to load them correctly (by clicking on the “Claim listing” or “Contact” buttons/links, the layout gets slightly moved but nothing happens).
After some testing, I managed to reproduce the issue in IE11: when clicking on the links/buttons which should trigger a Ninja Forms popup, it is effectively true that the layout gets moved slightly, and the only thing that gets displayed is a small “x” in the header, in the top right corner, with a black rectangle as background.

Could you please check why Ninja Forms is not working in IE11?

Thank you very much in advance.

    Have a nice weekend,
    Aron

    Hello again,

May I kindly ask for an update on this?

The concerned visitors are starting to get really angry and their anger is getting quite contagious… So ignoring the issue and sweeping it under the carpet is really not a valid approach (even if we all know that IE sucks and nobody has even the slightest will to look into its buggy behaviour).

I thank you in advance for your feedback, hoping that I will not have to wait again for almost a month.

    Best regards,
    Aron
