    Hi,

    Need to know if Ninja Forms can be network activated on a sub domain multisite.
    Planning to use it on CPT inquiry form where gd_place title is included in the email message.

    note: I am posting it here because there no forum for Ninja Forms.

    I understand network activation of Ninja Forms is not supported, but, you will have to check with the plugin author to make sure.
