    Hi,

Setup GD and didn’t have any functional problems… have been working on other parts of the site and then came back to GD… Added a listing and there was no category option (but it saves the listing) and then there’s a 404 on the front end where the listing should be. The older listings are fine, but the new listings on the backend show either “No categories” or it’s totally blank (and both give a 404 on the front end).

I have another open support request (that I haven’t sent login info for), but clearly this is more important. I’ll post login info after this.

Your help would be great! Thanks!!!!

    Hi,

It looks like there is some custom menu happening in your dashboard.

It seems to be hiding important links, so, probably disabling that is the way to go.

Is category still active and required in the CPT custom fields tab?

I did not make any changes at all in the backend.

    Hi banned,

Thanks for your reply. I’m sorry for not letting you guys know that I’ve deactivated the “dashboard menu plugin” to troubleshoot the issue you had there earlier and I’ve forgotten to enable it back. Sorry again for the trouble and my mistake.

    Thanks!
