No Countries, Regions, Cities

Just went through installing GeoDirector, adding in the default location, pages, dummy data, etc. The default location did not give me any countries to choose from. I then went on to add in my membership code and download the Multi Location extension. I read the article on how to set a default location in that extension, but still no ability to choose a country. In fact, the countries tab is blank:

The regions tab is also blank:

The cities tab is also blank and when I go to add one, I can’t choose any country:

Am I missing something?
