Although GD Booster does speed things up, the map will not load.

Hi, could you post url and login details in a private reply please?

Are all of your GD plugins up-to-date?

Hi, could you please re-check? I see the maps loading fine.

    Hi,

I changed username and password on your auto updates option page and using 1 of my test subscrbers credentials I was able to update without problems.

Please add your password back (and double check it) and possibly use the username not the email (I’ve noticed sometimes it can give problems) and if with the next release of updates you still have problems we will investigate further.

    Thanks

    For the map problem:

I see this error that is compromising everything.

     <!-- GD Booster had a problems finding /var/chroot/home/content/10/10812810/html/wp-content/themes/Avada/js/jquery.cycle.js -->

Seems to be having problems finding that file.

Is that the correct directory where it should be looking for it?

    Let us know,

    Thanks

The map loads fine when I turn GD Booster off. It was off. If I turn it on, I’m stuck with the spinning wheel of death.

The updates are no longer available so I guess it’s fixed now. It did one update before, but not the other.

I’ve tried on separate browsers too.

A bit above my head sorry. My file manager shows that file at

    /webroot/hiram/wp-content/themes/Avada/js

    Where can I change it?

It works fine with GD Booster turned off.

Sorry, I also see on my dashboard

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 19456 bytes) in /home/content/10/10812810/html/hiram/wp-includes/SimplePie/Misc.php on line 321

That is a server issue with wordpress. OUr plugin doesn’t use simplepie.

Ask them to allocate higher memory to your server.

Can you also ask them if that is the correct path for that machine given that you don’t have root access?

    /var/chroot/home/content/10/10812810/html/wp-content/themes/Avada/js/jquery.cycle.js

    Thanks

Will do. But doesn’t it mean that since it works without GDBooster it’s fine?

If you don’t mind to avoid using GD Booster, that is up to you, but GD Booster can give a nice speed increase to your website and there is no reason why it shouldn’t work…

    Let us know,

    Thx
