I have imported my data and it all came in fine. I do have the correct latitude and longitude numbers and they show up on each of the listings, however… It’s give me a message “Sorry, no record were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.” In the two fields when I try to copy/paste the information, I get this “A numeric value is required. Please make sure you have either draged the marker or clicked the button: Set Address On Map.” I’ve deleted the information in those fields since the addresses are in there. I click the Set Address on Map button as if this was a new address and it will not populate the latitude and longitude. I am baffled. If I’ve imported the information into the fields, whey won’t they produce a map?

Do you mean you need administrator access? Of you just need access to see the front end? Unfortunately this is a client site and I am not comfortable giving out that level of access to their site.

Yes we need administrator access, otherwise we couldn’t see what’s going on..we could just guess and the odds are many 🙂
It could be some kind od conflict with some other installed plugin, it could be a misconfiguration, it could be anything

This is a fresh WordPress install. I only have this plugin in there. I wanted to make sure this part would work before they purchased other products. I have to see if they are comfortable with giving that information out. All of the listings show up fine except the maps don’t show up even with the latitude and longitude in those fields. I will see what they say.

Ok, if it’s a fresh install, please try deactivating all the non-gd plugin, and be sure to follow the “getting started” documentation here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/ especially the permalinks, default category and default city part

It was completely fresh. No other plugins but GD, but I have it sorted out now. My latitudes column in my CSV file had too many digits in them when they were calculated using a script to bulk import the latitude and longitude of each entry. So it’s working fine now. Thank you for the quick reply. You can mark this resolved now.
