no more avanced search

    hi,

    suddenly after the update of the plugin my advanced search bar, which is below the header image, has disappear…cannot find a way to make it comes back again…it s a huge problem for my clients…can you help? It s really urgent….

    Hi there,

    I’ve just checked your Website and I’m able to see the issue there. Looks like it is caused by the custom CSS you’ve inserted in line 86 – 93 as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/dxmd7r . You might want to correct that.

    With the css you told me it only apply changed to the basic search…not the advanced…and i want the advanced search filters to appear…they are not there anymore…i really need that advanced search fileds to appear

    if i change the css code you showed me it only makes the basic search appearing again (see the joined document)…but this is not my problem…i need to set the advanced search to have it back again…

    Hi there,

    Sorry about that, I didn’t test that filter button while checking the CSS code. I’m able to see some console errors using the Google Inspector. Could you try deactivating all non-gd plugins and see if it works? Could be 3rd party plugin causing this. Let us know your results.

    So you are right.
    it does have a problem with the plugin Popups WordPress Popup. and i do have also the premium version of that plugin installed.

    so i can we do the make it works with your plugin?

    you’ll need to disable it or ask for support to its author.

    We can’t debug 3rd party products too.
