I got my first claim yesterday, but I only knew about it because I had been in contact with the biz via Facebook messenger and they told me they had created an account and submitted the claim.
I checked GD dashboard and there was zero claims waiting. I kept refreshing but still zero. Finally I thought to look INTO the waiting claims area and sure enough, it was sitting there waiting.
But I had no notification on the dashboard and no email to let me know. Not even an email letting me know I had a new user…and I had been getting those before from spam users, which is what alerted me that I hadn’t set up my captcha.
To open a new support ticket, first select the relevant forum and then click the "New Post" button. Example: You need support for the core plugin? Click on Core Plugin support and click on the "New Post" Button.
