Hello —
I’m getting the “Sorry, no records found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.” error, but ONLY on my home page map (http://www.timothycircle.com/opportunities/) and ONLY with the CPT that displays first by default (Events). If I click into some of my other CPTs (Higher Education Opportunities) through the links that overlay the map — or even just hit the search button on the homepage for Events — results appear on the map. But if I click back to the Events link overlaid on the map, I get the error again. I can’t find any settings that are different between Events and my other CPTs. Any thoughts?
December 5, 2017 at 5:40 pm #408382Hello!
It looks like a JS error, perhaps related to cache. Are you using a cache plugin? Try disabling that and see if the error persists.

Looks like you’re using our premium addons. Could you please login to the account that you purchased our membership?
Thanks!
December 5, 2017 at 6:32 pm #408389Hi, both — I don’t believe we’re using any cache plugins. Unfortunately, another member of my team is the one with the login credentials; I’m working on getting that information from them. Thank you both for your quick responses!

December 6, 2017 at 5:06 am #408471Hi Britt,
Could you please try clearing the cache as mentioned by Alex above and see if it helps? If not, please share WP admin access to your Website in private reply and we’ll check further.
Thanks!

Could you please check permissions on wp-content/uploads/cache/
Make sure it is set to allow write there.
I cannot find any issue with your settings. Check those settings and let us know

Server admin is outside our scope here; you will have to find a setting that works for you.
December 7, 2017 at 2:14 pm #408664Hello!
I see the problem is still happening.
Did you create the cache directory?
Please make a private reply with FTP so we can continue with diagnosis of the issue.
About the cache directory, in the process of checking the events data, I was attempting an export and I received the error that the file could not be created, pointing me to the potential permission issue.

December 7, 2017 at 2:58 pm #408673There seems to be some errors on some pages like some event categories, please provide FTP details and i will take a look.
Thanks,

December 7, 2017 at 3:16 pm #408674Hello!
Also, a few other steps that could help
1. Get an updated Google API key at GD > Design > Map
2. Reinstall the Advanced Search Filters Addon (delete files, upload new)
3. Try disabling Buddypress (after other steps) and check the home page again. Also specifically check the events in the category “camps” and check the page at “events/camps” for other chrome console errors.December 7, 2017 at 8:25 pm #408718This reply has been marked as private.December 8, 2017 at 10:56 am #408768You are updating in 2 days? If you are running out of date plugins it might be the cause and it might be better to update first to see if that resolved it.
