No Records Found Sorry … Please adjust your search criteria

    I just installed GeoDirectory Version 2.0.0.65 on a new WP instance with the Directory Starter Theme Version: 2.0.0.8

    I have set up a Google Maps Key and followed all your instructions re permalinks. After two hours, I’m still getting this error msg: “No Records Found Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.” over a map image with a default set somewhere in Europe.

    I see you solved this for someone earlier this year. Hope you can solve it for me. If I can’t get it to work, I’ll have to find another plugin/solution.

    Hello,

    it could be that there is a problem with the default location.

    Try setting it again in the setup wizard and make sure there is a city/region/country.

    Did you add dummy data? Might need to remove that if the location changes (best to remove it before changing the location).

    If that isn’t the issue, we’ll be happy to check your settings and find the issue. Just write back in a private reply and include WP Admin credentials and the login URL.
