Nofollow outbound links in Detail page

Is there an way we can apply a nofollow to outbound links on a Place’s Detail page. I’m talking specifically about all the links going out to a listing owner’s various digital platforms (website, Facebook etc).

Thanks for your post. As explained here by our devs. All external links are nofollow by default.
