noindex for region and country

    How can I noindex for region and country?

    I asked because Big G is indexing both places with same content in meta description. Duplicate content issue.
    eg.
    example.com/australia
    example.com/australia/west
    example.com/australia/west/sydney
    All above having same meta description and I dont know how did google find the country URL. Im not showing it to any where in my website.
