Not active parent category

    That is not possible, that will also hide the sub categories. All listings that are in a sub-category are automatically also in the parent category.

    Please, tell hook name which is responsible for displaying the list of categories on the add-listing page(I using category display type:”select”).

    Hi,

    modifying the select form will not be enough, selecting the parent category is mandatory for many part of the plugin (all maps for example) and you’d have to rewrite most of it to achieve what you want.

    If you use checkboxes you can hide them, that way the category will still be selected and the system will continue to work.
