Not finding add listing support for Event post type

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I installed events & payments, and only have free packages – for some reason I can’t get the events add a listing option to show – wordpress-demo.our-hometown.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_event

    I also tried w/ the package type & that didnt’ work either – it just keeps redirecting me to the homepage

    Adding a property (CPT) works fine at http://wordpress-demo.our-hometown.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_property

    but event refuses to show. Any help is much appreciated.
